We voted at Fairhope City Hall. Why were no parking signs up? No different than any other event. Computer check in was long and cumbersome. Apparently system does not recognize apostrophes in names? Lines way longer to sign in than voting tables.
Sometimes I think things are done to discourage voting.

If mask-wearers are in the line, the shorter the line the better.

This strategy never fails me. I went at 3 p.m. and was in and out in 5 minutes. Moms are picking up kids from school, people who work in Mobile or Foley are still at work and the old people have already voted at 7 a.m.

lower turnout overall that past years.

There are complaints because things could be better around here. How many folks smile or greet around here now?
