Interesting. We need a good election debate here!

Sad that the mayor gets a free pass on this election. She is a good cheerleader but showed a clear lack of leadership by blaming the citizens and past city officials during her declared water "emergencies".

City council declared the water emergencies

Hope fully the next council will do better with transparency.Bring it all out in the open again.

The mayor is uncontested because she’s unbeatable, and for good reason: She cares, works tirelessly and has the City in great shape (across the board).
I’m glad she gets to continue without re-election distractions over the next two months.

Why did you not run? Too busy, apathetic, doesn’t pay enough, too many whiney citizens. I bet the whiniest citizens actually walk in the mayors office to complain directly to her instead of making anonymous comments online.

“Bring it all out in the open again”. What are you smoking? This group is light years (really long distance) ahead of previous regimes. Let Joe’s daughter in and she can show you how they did the deals back in the 90s.

We do that a few times and we will no longer have anyone willing to run. I mean dang, if you can’t build the family wealth thru politics then it’s just not worth the hassle.
