S. MOBILE STREET/FELS AVENUE
Replacement of old storm water drainage from S. Mobile Street at the foot of Fels Avenue on top of the bluff in Utopia Park out into the bay has begun.
Technically not a part of the overall Working Waterfront project, it was added-on as a precaution when it was discovered during that project the existing drainage there was in bad shape.
