ROCK CREEK BOULEVARD

Avrend Llc., of Daphne is proposing a 2-story, 4-unit office building on 2.2 acres at the entrance to the Rock Creek neighborhood -- including 91 parking spaces.

Chris Lieb is architect for the project which is part of the overall Rock Creek PUD first-approved in the early 1990s.

Site plans will be considered during Thursday's Planning Commission meeting at city hall.

Kudos to architect Chris Lieb for designing an office building that doesn’t look like a metal box! Looks very appropriate for our area with a nod to buildings in downtown Mobile and New Orleans.

Wholeheartedly agree, perfect design for our sense of place. In contrast to the concrete and glass soulless monstrosity new building on Magnolia Ave in downtown Fairhope.
