THE 'SILVERHILL FOOD MART'
After being closed for most of the year, the Silverhill Food Mart has reopened in downtown Silverhill, 15820 Silverhill Avenue (aka Hwy 104).
The store operated as an independent until last February, then changed affiliation to Shell gasoline but never actually sold any fuel as far as we know for unknown reasons. Then they closed completely last May.
A Times reporter was able to purchase gas there today.
