STORM DRAINS REPLACED
Except for paving the road and other miscellaneous items, repair of storm drains begun in July caused by erosion in the Tatumville Gully on Summit Street has been completed.
One cause was the failure of the old corrugated metal pipes, that were commonly used at one time but do not last; they were replaced with more-durable concrete ones (and some plastic).
Asphalt Services was the contractor: cost $360K.
