WATER SEARCH CONTINUES
New test wells drilled recently on Nichols Avenue (under the water tank) and on Wagoner Road in the Barnwell area both found water, according to Water Department Manager Morefield; consulting engineers will evaluate production-well potential for both.
At least three more test wells are being planned, around town to find addition water sources, he said.
