Construction of an Express Oil Change/Tire Engineers has begun on lot #8 in the front of the new 'Planter's Pointe' shopping center on N. Hwy 181 (aka Publix). 

Access will be from Rockwell Boulevard, within the development.

EV's are going to put these guys out of business. Maybe rename to Express Battery Change, Only $10,000 with coupon!
