BOONE LANE
The city's new water well #13 is awaiting final certification/inspection from the Alabama Department of Environmental Management before going into service by year's end, according to water superintendent Morefield.
Installation of well 13 began in February of 2024 (photo below).
The city currently has 14 wells (#12 has not been completed yet because of water quality issues).
