Silverhill's new 250K gallon water tank is being painted today. Funding for construction was by a $2.4 million ARPA grant.
A new water well has been installed below as well using another $1.2 million ARPA grant, according to signs posted there.
Silverhill is one of the fastest growing municipalities in the state according to recent census data. Both should be in service by next year.
