NEXT TO THE WAWA
A Pelc Tire and Automotive Service store is proposing to locate on lot number seven of the 'Encounter Development' on Hwy 104 at Bushel Drive -- just east of the Wawa.
Coast Properties is the owner of the 1.2 acre B-2 property; Element3 is the project's engineer.
The Fairhope planning commission will consider the plan during its December 1 meeting.
