Future holes one and two.

SITE PREPARATION UNDERWAY NOW

Removal of numerous pecan trees has begun along CR 3 about four miles south of town to make way for the new Point Clear Golf Club community consisting of an 18 hole course with over 300 home lots.

A detailed site plan for the project will still have to be approved by the Baldwin County planning commission at upcoming meetings.

Master plan.

Could be a lot of stormwater runoff. where does it go?

So they’re taking down trees without having approval yet???

no "approval" needed to cut down your trees on your private property ...

Another great amenity for Fairhope! Looks like a great design.

Water runoff will probably go into the water hazards and other designated areas. Golf courses really wouldn’t be smart to not manage water runoff since failing to do so could damage their cart paths, fairways and greens.

We are so excited about adding another 300 homes! Assuming these homes have at least 2 vehicles is great because we don’t have enough traffic problems here. Can these new residents pay for another 20 policemen because we need more but need ones that will enforce the laws of the roads

I'm sure that everyone was equally excited when they built your home.
