TO OPEN BY SUMMER
The city council selected the Fairhope Building Company to complete the John Martin Nature Center building in the Flying Creek Nature Preserve Park.
The new company has 90 days to complete the project, per terms of the resolution (below).
The original contractor was not able to complete the project. American Contractors Indemnity Company provided bond insurance.
