Update: Contractor is still waiting for horizontal components at the top of the poles too according to city engineer.

ALMOST COMPLETED
Poles have been installed but electrical contractor Bagby and Russell still has to install a controller before new street lights at the Veterans Drive roundabout may be installed.
The controller will be on the east side entrance just up the hill where three small the transformers are located, according to city electric department supervisor Patterson.
