'COTTAGE HILL PACKAGE BY THE BAY'
By a 4-1 vote the city council approved a request for a specialty retailer consumable hemp license for owner Ramp Enterprises, Inc. in the Planters Point Shopping Center on Hwy 104 at Hwy181 in east Fairhope.
Councilman Gammon voted no, as he did in a previous case, over his general opposition to hemp sales. here.
The state's ABC Board has final approval for these licenses.
