 HWY 181 AT HWY 104 

The city council approved applying for a Federal Highway Administration 'Transportation Alternatives Program' grant to install signalized crosswalks at the busy Hwy 104/181 intersection in east Fairhope.

Cost is estimated at $1.3 million; local governments' share will be 20%.

Crosswalks to three gas stations. Seems legit, since everyone walks to gas stations instead of driving. /s

Maybe they plan to add an emergency room to the med center on the SE corner and this will boost their business
