McGOWN DRIVE COMPLEX
The Elpizo Corporation has begun constructing a new $9 million aircraft maintenance facility at 8200 Mcgown Drive in the Airport Industrial Park area.
The new building will be leased to their tenant Segers Aerospace Corp., according to their earlier presentation to the city council.
About 60 new jobs will be created.
