UNDER CR 3
A pedestrian/golf cart tunnel is being constructed under CR 3 just south of Monk Road to connect holes two and three of the new Point Clear Golf Club course.
Phase one of an associated residential development will be on the west side of the road, with future phases on the east side: about 306 total lots eventually.
The road should reopen to traffic by mid-September.
